A delightful Syrah-Grenache blend that pairs well with tomato-based pasta dishes and some desserts (like raspberry Mille-Feuille) — a year ago

Compared to the non-rose version this has less oak influence. Plenty of red berries on nose and palate. Medium+ acidity adds some tartness and in my opinion this needs food por more time in the bottle. On 2nd day better balanced as the midpalate picks up significantly — 2 years ago
