Fresh and lifted on the nose. A hint of honey, slate and lime. Very balanced and refreshing. Excellent — 2 months ago
A blend of mostly Semillon and about 10% Sauv Blanc, fermented 6 months in oak, aged for 3 years. Medium amber color with aromas of ripe sweet fruits and orange honey botrytis notes. On the palate rich flavors of ripe peaches and figs with vanilla notes. Long finish ending with sweet fruit notes. Tasting well now, Nice! Had this with a chocolate ganache brownie! — 3 months ago

Golden honey with legs. Can’t get enough of that apricot blossom and honeycomb nose. Complex but balanced with a smooth, silky mouthfeel. Sweet, but not overpoweringly so, with a delightfully long finish. — a month ago
Botrytis kinda nose: honey+funk, saffron, ginger. Medicinal aspirin. Mineral forestry stream. Coconut, cream vanilla, Brioche, tangerine blossom, baking spices - nutmeg, allspice. Beautiful golden color. — 14 days ago
This lovely wine comes off as only off dry due to the very high acidity. Well structured with medium body and a silky texture
Loads of lemon, green apple, pear, wet stone, Melon, acacia, pineapple, white pepper and beginning to show tertiary characters like honey, baked apple
Very good quality and will last for years. — a month ago
Pop and pour. As usual, overfilled btl and some mold on the saturated cork under the capsule. Just lovely. Pure honey, oxidative lemon, a soft touch of lanolin. Golden in color. On the palate: fantastic acidity and richness. Intense sour tangerine, lemon oil, confited peach, juxtaposed against spice and white pepper. Fantastic complexity and in an excellent place right now. — 3 months ago
