Chambolle Musigny Pinot Noir

What happens when you find aged bottles at an old wine shop. You get crazy.
So good and everything a 15 year old Burg should be.

Gris Blanc Vin de Pays d'Oc Rosé 2020

N: tastes like the leaves of a strawberry with a hint of medicine. Feels like freshly mowed grass in the nose. Texture feels like vodka (very dense but clear alcohol, almost evaporates while you drink it). Smells like inside of a mini van for a mom with 7 kids but she makes them all vegan. 9.4
J: light fruity aromatics, fruity not overly dry, hints of berries. 9.0

Les Combottes Cuvée Unique Gevrey-Chambertin 1er Cru Pinot Noir 2013

Well damn isn’t this drinking pretty??? August 2021 and I’m glad it’s ready when I am.

Some beautiful and sexy mistress perfumed funk. Dried spices and dried flowers. Nice earthy vibes too. Honestly, this one could go down as an all-time memory. Don’t tell my wife!

Saint Bris Sauvignon 2019

Domaine Gérard Persenot - Saint Bris 2019

The nose is half chalk half lemon. I love it and it's really a terroir thing. The palate is a Sauvignon they had been dripped in coton and chalk (if there's a way to taste chalk). There's some width, there's lemon all along, and there's a finish that's rather long with the same notes hanging up there for quite a while. You gotta love that
