2019 was somewhat nutty and fresh vanilla and baked apple fruit? A good pairing with lighter fare, farm fresh artichoke shavings with fennel then rockfish with roasted sun chokes and blood oranges. Nice finish but not long. Lovely. — 8 months ago
@delectable his is the bourgogne cote d'or les buees chardonnay.
This is from the village of Saint Aubain - chassagne montrachet from a 2016 planted vineyard. Only 1971 bottles.
The wine is not overly complex but rather a fresh, racy, mineral driven easy drinking village level Burgundy. Expect this wine to evolve well and gain complexity when the vines will mature in the coming years. The balance is already there. Like it a lot 🚀🚀 — 2 years ago
2023/6 with kinki and fennel seed linguine, pork scalloping, etc. Nice but toeing the line of being a bit simple - almost like a bigger Macon white. Not sure if it’s cultured yeasts or what… — 6 months ago

濃い黄金色。やや強すぎるアルコール感があるが、2019なのに凝縮した果実味 noa — 2 years ago
