Pràdicà Bardolino Superiore Corvina Blend 2011

Drinking 2011 in 2021. Peak complexity and depth. Forest floor, a tad of wild mushroom, blackberry, black cherry. — a month ago

Delightful from bottle to glass to consumption. Chocolate on the nose is revealed on the palette with roasted nuts and ripe fruit. Very long finish. — 12 days ago

Corte Pavone Brunello di Montalcino Sangiovese 2011

I was a little cautious opening this because 2011’s heat and 15% abv, but this is quite good. Seems fully mature, with a a complex nose showing tilled earth, old barrels, spice, fragrant leather, cinnamon, and macerated dark cherry. Broad and sultry on the palate, with ripe and savory and earthy flavors buoyed on soft but ample remaining tannin. Really nice. — a month ago

Corte Giara

La Groletta Amarone della Valpolicella Corvina Blend 2017

It's young, so the fruits are strong (a cherry, raspberry), but with some deep aromas - like a chocolate, some wood (an oak maybe, but its seems obvious), a clove and spicy finish. — a month ago

Great taste alongside a typical pasta/ground beef dish. Would drink again for sure! — 11 days ago

Corte Bure

Amarone della Vapolicella Classico Corvina Blend 2004

Don’t remember we’re I picked up this bottle, but pleasantly surprised. With it being 17 years old, it now has a deep amber/brown coloring with a fair amount of deposit. Aromas and taste of jamminess, black plum, fig, prune, cooked plum, vegetal, resinous, charred wood, and game. Smooth and the tannins are just right. The finish is quite long. — 23 days ago

Corte Sant'Alda

Amarone della Valpolicella Corvina Blend 2013

An outstanding red wine from Italy 🇮🇹. The nose has chocolate 🍫, prunes, figs, raisins, black plums and black cherries. The palate slightly sweet with coffee ☕️, dark chocolate 🍫, blackberries, liquorice ➿, raisins 🍇 and cedar wood. A complex wine very high alcohol would recommend this with a rich lamb dish and cheeses 😀. — a month ago
