Melon, lemon curd, limestone and seaspray nose. Some apple and subtle lily fragrance. Battery acid palate. But fairly dense for an albarino. Just so acidic you can hardly tell. Very salty. Savory, almost buttery in its umami. This is a great wine but hard to drink at this point. I think it needs maybe 5 probably 10 years to mellow. — a month ago
