Alsatian character but with stronger floral aromas. One of the more perfumed Pinot Blancs I've tried. Baked granny smith apple base with hints of lime, orange blossom, and baking spices. Lovely light buttered finish. Almost like an apple tart.
As it warms from fridge temps, fruitier aromas unfold, revealing notes of pineapple and apricot.

Wine Dad's . Green pear, fresh cut apple, lime, honeydew melon, mineral, then opens to light wood, then more citrus/Meyer lemon blossom, and lily/perfume as it warms. Rounded creaminess on the palate yet some nice mineral/stone as well. Long dry calcium finish. Really good Pinot Blanc.
