2006 Vintage, needs decanting-,throws a lot of sediment. Pairs well with food, without food is very hot. First nose was paint thinner with hints of licorice & herbs. Overall spicy, full berry fruits, & herbal. Color is still bold with very slight tints of orange. I’m digging this #sardinia #carignano rosato. Strawberry and raspberry aromas, copper-garnet color in the glass, just-right acidity, thicker tannins and a delicious chewy finish - a distinctly different Rosé. — 5 years ago

Interesting, it like a medium body, but don't be fooled! Acidity balanced! The body changes with time! Harmonize with BBQ! Pork marinated with teriaki and ginger sauce.
