Vintage 2015 - This wine from #grenache is lovely. Opens up with aeration, the smell of plums, spices and even some roses. A great balance, initially quite powerfull but friendly with my Chinese oriented Beef Paksoi. Great effort from #sardinia / the wine won Tre Bicchiere from the #gamberorosso — 6 years ago
Vintage 2015 / Do you know that feeling? After a hard days work you come home and put a red wine in the glass. In this case #cannonau (= grenache), you smell cherries and taste a spicy and comforting wine. Nothing special... but still, I am very happy with it. This red wine from #sardinia is certainly the best thing since sliced bread. With a hamburger and salad. Also very adequate with a fenugreek cheese. — 6 years ago
Vintage 2015 Pleasant, but high alcohol is a bit disturbing to me #sardinia #carignano — 6 years ago
Vintage 2016 - #vermentino from #sardinia with a smell of almonds, citrus. High acidity. Not so simple to recognise when you get this in the glass blind. Good concentration. Bitters in a long aftertaste. Character. // With Dutch shrimps and avocado. — 7 years ago
I’m digging this #sardinia #carignano rosato. Strawberry and raspberry aromas, copper-garnet color in the glass, just-right acidity, thicker tannins and a delicious chewy finish - a distinctly different Rosé. — 5 years ago
Vintage 2013 / the moment you drink a wine also counts, whether you are happy or sad, energetic or tired. I drank this wine after attending an inspiring congres and thought: as a matter of fact this wine has everything, cedar and spicy smell, quite balanced taste with good acidity, elegance and even some refinement. This #carignano #carignan makes me happy. #sardinia — 6 years ago

Delicious, obscure #monica from #sardinia. Expect to keep this one in the wine fridge for a day from uncorking before the wine truly expresses itself. After that there’s a lovely wild cherry, violet, faint pepper and distant black cardamom smokiness in the heady nose. Juicy acidity, soft tannins on the palate make this nicely food friendly wine. Overall the experience is bargain Burgundian - fantastic wine for ~$13 at Total Wine. — 4 years ago
