Delicious, obscure #monica from #sardinia. Expect to keep this one in the wine fridge for a day from uncorking before the wine truly expresses itself. After that there’s a lovely wild cherry, violet, faint pepper and distant black cardamom smokiness in the heady nose. Juicy acidity, soft tannins on the palate make this nicely food friendly wine.
