All hail, winter whites 🙌🏻🙌🏻.
An ideal pairing with a buttery, flakey, whole wheat chard, mushroom & ricotta galette. Great acid. Pear, lemon zest, butter, barely ripe white nectarine, a touch a marzipan/canided almond/candied pineapple and a pristine zing on the finish. Heidi Schrock is a master at her craft. Right now I’m loving these zingy whites (and a little RS doesn’t hurt so sue me) — 3 years ago
A perfect winter white. Very aromatic with the characteristic grapefruit and grassy notes in the aromas and flavors, and a bigger body and lower acidity than expected. Dig Into "Green Wine" class; the sustainable wine. — 3 years ago
Really delicious St Joseph. Decanted just about 1 hour which worked well. Wonderful deep dark berry fruit with some nice minty herbaceous notes along with a slightly briney finish. Nice lifting acid and well balanced. Perfect pairing with a cassoulet on a cold winter Sunday. — 3 years ago
Awesome for a winter Saturday home alone! — 4 years ago
For all your friends who say they don’t like bubbly. Or rose. Or both. (Are they really your friends?)
Crushable and dry with big watermelon energy and juicy nectarine booty. Get it in the winter when you want summer, get it in the summer and take the bottle in the pool with you. — 3 years ago
I’ve had this 2015 a few times. Everything a Bordeaux should be. Full of blackberry compote with a delicate Stoney structure keeping it lively and refreshing. Perfect for the winter hike on the mountain top. — 3 years ago
Interesting and rich. Lovely winter pinot — 3 years ago

World class … baby-butt smooth at 55 years old. I’m speechless… gob-stopped…struck dumb…just a drop of good spring water to splash the tart-apple nose straight up your nostril. Pie spice, cinnamon, tobacco- pouch, dark brown sugar… then a blast of rounded alcohol that threatens to leave you breathless before it blasts its way to the back of your throat. Plenty of weight, oceans of complexity, and long, smooth ribbons of chocolate crusted caramels. Simply wonderful on this early winter evening.,, — 2 years ago
