Ripe red fruit, dark notes, farm notes, plums, grass, a Swiss stable with a cow looking right at you as you sip. I liked it, sort of took me there and felt young. — 2 months ago
Great Pinot from Graubünden. New producer to me. Very fragrant, juicy red fruit, and a wonderful finish filled with Fall spices, vanilla and red licorice. Smooth with a woodsy, earthy feel. Takes me to the Alps in summer. I popped and poured, and there is hardly any alc showing - so balanced. 13.5% abv. Will also be great when it gets colder again. It’s overcast and cool today, like Swiss weather, so it works. Thanks @Lyle Fass @Delectable Wine this is vom Lindenwingert. — a month ago
So so dense. So tight. So coiled. So elegant. So concentrated. Structured. Checking in tomorrow. Nose is so floral, a day later. Very mineral and so expressive. Palate is enormously complex, chewy and dense. My goodness the density of this wine is just insane. It’s barely budged overnight. Fleshier, yes but also there still is more to come. Day 3 awaits. — 2 months ago
What’s a Monday without Delectable eating a tasting note? This is by far the best bottling of this wine I have ever had. Nose of sour cherry, confectionary cherry cotton candy, spice, flowers and mineral. So subtle yet so detailed. Just stunning. Was tight this last summer but this wine has blossomed. Floral as well: This is so so pretty. Palate is gorgeous. Unreal fruit that is subtle as it is elegant. Crunchy and velvety. Sapid and pure. Unreal inner mouth aroma and a controlled density. This is brilliant but not for everybody as it’s not in your face and traffics in subtlety. With an hour of air the fruit is crazy. So dense yet light. Ripe and so elegant. Really stunning. — a month ago

Just a stunning bottle of wine. The nose leaps out of the glad with bright, clearly defined mid season cherries. Gorgeously elegant and earthy with mineral notes that are so utterly refined you can almost smell the vines in that Alpine air. Wild flowers, so intense and pure. So supple and juicy with unreal juuuust almost not quite but barely sweet which no one does like Adank. The most supple and velvety texture and finishes so delicately mineral it’s whispering. This is a stunning wine and for the $60 we sold it for one of the greatest Pinot Noir values ever. Adank is a giant. — 2 hours ago
