Glass cap belies its elegance: needs air to fully come into a mid weight, substantial Sauvignon Blanc with all kinds of mineral & chalky layers. Medium acidity, green papaya, grapes & scallion. Rich yellow/ green hued. Hellava food wine, though drank solo. A note to self-Austria rocks — 2 years ago
Wow, what an interesting wine. Nice acidity and great fruity and floral flavors. A great start — 2 years ago

Amazing expression of Sauvignon Blanc. One of the best producers I’ve tried for this grape. Lemon zest and meringue on the nose, electric acidity, lime, fresh greens and prickly on the palate. Perfect for Spring. With tofu and green lentil salad, garnet yams and tahini butter. Very good pairing!
Also holds up well on the second day. Mellower acidity, but still fresh and delicious. — 3 days ago
