En mag. What else to enjoy after seeing Magic Flute this afternoon? Layers of flavors build on one another in each sip. Don’t drink it too cold, you’ll miss half the show. Actually, don’t drink it at all, as it will render all other Riesling inferior. — 3 days ago
Nose displays white peach, green apple, lime, ripe starfruit, touch a dry hay, and hint of honey. The palate, bright and lively, is a bit leaner than the medium to fu body suggests. Fascinating bitter sweet on the finish. Should drink more GV. — 3 years ago
Wow, this is one animal of a wine! Dense! Intense! Papaya, nectarine, pumpkin spiced latte (cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, white pepper), orange zest. Great with pumpkin/pecan/sagebutter ravioli. — 3 months ago
You can tell this is an absolutely gorgeous wine but may be in a muted phase right now. Pure, pristine mineral. Nectarine. Cuts like glass. — 2 years ago
All flint and lime zest on the nose. With air this gained an earthy depth with crushed english ivy and floral violet notes. Very complex and wouls be a great wine to experiment with food pairing. I had to double check it was not Gruner Veltliner. 😁 — 4 years ago
