Opened this to pair with dumplings in chili oil and pork bao buns. Super dry. Lots of earth and an herb I can’t determine in the nose. Maybe kaffir lime? Lots of roasted mushroom and crushed walnuts roasted on a campfire on the palate. Very interesting wine. — 3 months ago
