So good we drank two bottles! Love. Demeter certified biodynamic as well. — a month ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of four days and largely consistent throughout…though maybe leaning towards Day 3-4. The 2012 pours a straw color with medium viscosity. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe and tart tropical and orchard fruit: pineapple, peach cup, tangerine, petrol, minerals. On the palate, the wine is dry with high acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is long. What a banger! AlZINGer does it again. These beg for some time in the cellar but few have the patience. Wow. Drink now through 2032 easy. — 3 months ago
En mag. What else to enjoy after seeing Magic Flute this afternoon? Layers of flavors build on one another in each sip. Don’t drink it too cold, you’ll miss half the show. Actually, don’t drink it at all, as it will render all other Riesling inferior. — a month ago
Yellow with a greenish hue in color. Lime on the front palet and tart green apple on the back palet. Crisp and fresh. There was definite improvement after being opened for a day, recorded, and stored at 40F. I’m still warming up to the Grüner varietal!!! — 2 months ago
The nose is very minerally with chalky and flinty notes, apple juice, honey, and lemony notes, too. The palate shows a great acid drive, much more focused than most GV numbers I have had so far. I like its tension a lot! Apple juice and lemony notes all along, a soft, easy-going mouthfeel, a bit of grip in the rear, and a long finish with the same fruity notes and a chalky feel to it. This is not vert complex but super well made. I could picture myself sipping on this and serving it to both wine nerds and casuals alike at the party at home without a problem. — 2 months ago

Uber classic, almost Mosel Troxkwn in style with its elegance and allied density. Lime, lime skin, lemon, green apple and pear with loads of salinity, chalk, and acid for days! — a day ago
