This is as great Tuscany can get - 100% Cabernet Franc, with beautiful fruit, very dark appearance, dark cherry, herb and chocolate flavours. Duemani refers to the two hands of Luca d’Attoma, oenologist also known from Tua Rita and Le Macchiole, two other great Tuscany estates. revisited this after two years ~ nose is still a little green but those characteristics are now dried herbs on the palate ~ with some dark berry and plum which might come from the dollop of old vine Merlot added to this mostly Petit Verdot wine — 3 years ago
