Produced from the "mosto flor" ("free-run juice") of sustainably grown and hand-harvested grapes. Ya means "yes!" in Spain. Straw yellow with good flow of tiny bubbles and light mousse. I think most are wrong about this wine. The carbonic is well integrated so that it can cellar for short stint. My bottle has been open for a couple days allowing it to breathe and come to life. Completely under rated — 10 days ago
