2015. Drinking well now! — 6 months ago
Lively citrus, clean. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed with brunch. The 2014 is finally open for business and only just. The wine pours a deep ruby/purple color with an opaque core; medium+ viscosity with moderate staining of the tears and signs of sediment. On the nose, the wine is developing with notes of ripe black fruit: black berries, black plum, leather, licorice, some cocoa, earth and warm spices. On the palate, the wine is dry with high tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium+. Boy, those tannins are still rippin’! Drink now through 2038. Only 50 cases made. — 4 months ago

Another very good Rodger’s Creek from Ramey. The 2018 hits your nose and palate with loads of dark fruit and backs it up with earthy flavors and gentle tannins. Always a favorite and this vintage is right in line. — 6 days ago
