Thrillingly fun. Orange tinge on the rosé. — 2 years ago
Super expressive nose of chestnut, mid season cherries that are ripe and super juicy. Some tar, some florals and terrific lift. Intense and deep nose. Palate is so perfect. Juicy and compact with perfect balance and stunning Nebbiolo sweetness. Velvety and sweet tannins. Long. Drinking so well now. Lots of spices in the midpalate and the finish. Incredible tannins. — a year ago
Langhe State of the Nation. Crushed dark cherry, chocolate, mint, lemon verbena, and saddle leather. Sour and tart with murky old eyes. — 2 years ago
Big surprise, tastes better than my more expensive Amarone. — 4 months ago

Nice barbera. At first I thought it might be a bit corked but with a bit of air it comes together. Pretty deep and full, with some viscosity from the alcohol. Quite earthy on the finish with good acid. For some reason didn’t quite sing as much as the same bottle a bit over a year ago. — 3 years ago
