Really interesting white blend made by devout Cistercian sisters at Monastero Trappiste. Its a deep golden color, showing the 1 week of skin contact. Almost an orange wine. Herby and floral, smells like an aged autumn garden. Chamomile, almonds, and citrus notes. Unsurprisingly savory but still refreshing. (Btw- Love the label.) — 4 months ago
Quite nice for the price - refreshing — 3 months ago
First granny Smith apple with a lemon lime spritzer then a tart grapefruit with a mouth watering acidic, tongue, zinging finish well in between some nuances of herbs and greens just begging for another sip — 2 months ago
Pleasant with Pat’s grilled salmon. Also nice with roast turkey. ($14) — 3 months ago

Austere was the first word that came to mind and then I saw it in @Tom Casagrande’s review as well (though of the previous vintage). Overall I still enjoyed it, but you have to be in the mood for a crisp, somewhat bitter, reclusive wine. — 4 hours ago
