Delicious! Had it with herbed goat cheese toasts drizzled with marinated sundried tomatoes in olive oil. Perfect pairing. I really enjoyed it. It’s funky and earthy but not too much. Slightly effervescent. Definitely not your typical Sauv Blanc. — 5 years ago

Great. Smooth, subtle, and slightly funky, pairs perfectly and seamlessly with light creamy pastas and cheese. May need opening up. At first I thought it tasted slightly of canned fruit, but that gave way to fresh & funky. — 5 years ago
