Grapes sourced from 2 vineyards, high altitude sandy souls in Vera d’Alba & Renesio Incisa cru in Canale. Originally called "Nebbiolo bianco" due to the shape of the bunch and the size of the berries similar to Nebbiolo. Pale lemon with aromas of stone and citrus fruits with herb notes. On the palate flavors of lemon, apple and herb character. Medium finish, lively acidity balance, ending with creamy citrus and mineral character. Nice value! — 4 years ago

Alto Adige whites get on base for me. Always aromatically expressive, always with something to say, rarely a whiff. Where the field can sometimes be opulent and overtly aromatic, Haas's Manna is comparatively a restrained elegant.

Opens with specs of gold and green, like grassy unfiltered olive oil. Aromas are there, not shouting. Enhancing, just right. A punch of floral honey, like honeysuckle. And incense of lime, aloe vera, pressed basil, and jasmine tea. Strong flavors too in a medium body. Bitter tea, lychee, peach, and apple. Manna. — 4 years ago

Amazing aromatics with ripe raspberry,, fresh strawberry, some woody undergrowth, a hint of mushroom, a bit of moss. Delicate & refined. There a pinch of spice, too. Vera spacious & aetheric.
On the palate this is smooth, with fresh acidity, great purity & depth. Crunchy, fresh, so juicy. And so fine! The tannins dusty & finely grained.
