A truly beautiful pale lemon colour in the glass. Clear, crystalline, and clean. The nose is a real feast with pineapples, golden apples, and melons. Smoky with moist stone and a wonderful smear of honey. After a good bit of time there are plenty of floral notes and orange zest, for good measure.
Rich, with nice balance and weight. High acidity and sharp, on day two things have mellowed out a bit but there’s still plenty of vim and vigor throughout. Medium viscosity and nice depth. Drama and love on the attack with deep citrus fruit and apples for days. A touch of jasmine and butter. Sea spray, minerality, and beautifully fresh herbs. The finish is long and lusty with the hint of vanilla. A lovely Burgundy. — a month ago
Bright lemon color with aromas of citrus, stone fruits and flinty floral notes. On the palate flavors of crisp apple, pear and lemon citrus with notes of white flowers, almonds and garden spice. Medium+ finish, vivid acidity ending with fruit, citrus and mineral spice. Nice! Perfect now! — 2 months ago

No formal notes . Medium yellow . Quite closed at first but a notable richness to it , ginger and yellow fruits , touch of struck match . On the palate really quite lively and fruited , lemon touches , very mineral and long on the palate . Good fresh acidity and good density . This is still quite young and benefited from time in the glass . From now and over the next 5-10 years . — a month ago
Crisp, notes of apple and pear, slight cream. Excellent with halibut, flounder. — a month ago
