2021/8-9. Lots of dried fruit and nutty richness, a bit of rancid too - but also with a translucence that makes it quite drinkable and not overwhelming. — 9 months ago
I have usually had the good fortune to drink one bottle annually in recent memory. Such a light, fresh palate, which I find typical of Valdespino. Can go with food or without. Medium bodied, if caramel was de sweetened & injected with some mushrooms, kinda on the right flavor path. It’s freshness is its strength — a year ago
Wonderful flavor of pecan pie, but was perhaps expecting more finish for the price. — 6 months ago
Smells and tastes like brown sugar, maple syrup, baked apple pie — 4 months ago
2021 late summer. Classic oloroso - rich, intense and layered, with dried and candied fruit, walnuts, and plenty of mineral spine. Dry, but lush as opposed to severe — 8 months ago
