Bought at Pine Orchard 11/24 $14. Great value. Light and bright fruit flavors but with good tannins for balance. — 10 days ago
Smooth no bite. Not dry at all. Low acidity. Very approachable. Love it! — 25 days ago
3.3. A very nice Valpolicella, with a very smooth taste and finish. The 2021 was on sale for $17.99, regularly $21.99. The 2019?now seems to be out of stock. It was excellent. — 2 months ago
Popped and poured; enjoyed over the course of 90 minutes. Arianna’s 2022 “Il Frappato” pours a ruby color with a transparent core; medium viscosity with no staining of the tears. On the nose, the wine is youthful with notes of tart red fruits: strawberry, pomegranate, subtle Eastern spices and rocky earth. On the palate, the wine is dry with medium tannin and medium+ acid. Confirming the notes from the nose. The finish is medium. As usual, a fresh, elegant and serious expression of Frappato. Drink now through 2032. — 2 days ago

Sipping Fine Wine
Blend of indigenous varieties, 85% Garganega & 15% Trebbiano di Soave, from the heart of Soave, the Winery of Leonildo and Teresita Pieropan dates back to 1860. Pale lemon color with green edges and aromas of fresh fruits, floral blossoms and herb spice. On the palate crisp apple and peach with lemon citrus notes. Well balanced with vivid acidity carrying through to a pleasing finish. Screw cap! — 11 days ago
