Comtes de Champagne Brut Blanc de Blancs Champagne Chardonnay 1996

Medium gold but looks youthful in the glass with steady fine bubbles. At first it’s youthful and one dimensional with notes of bread, citrus and apples. With an hour of air it gains complexity with ample acidity and develops a pleasing creaminess. Resembles a nicely aged Chablis. Palate coating long finish. In a great place. — 17 days ago

Prestige Rosé Brut Champagne Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Not sweet. Enough red flavor. Then, toast can be felt. Mineral. After one circulation, very rich red flavor composing of raspberry, cherry. Deep, calm. It also has elegancy @2550, Xuheng - kkami, 190911-190913 — 9 days ago

La Francaise Brut Champagne Blend

Champagne Taittinger was established in 1931 by Pierre Taittinger on the foundations of Forest-Forneaux, itself established in 1734 and the third-oldest wine producing house of Champagne. A blend of 30 Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunière vineyards, respectively 40%, 35% & 25% of the total, from several harvests, rich and complex. Pale yellow, vibrant bubbles, Crisp fruit aromas, apples and pears. Palate shows generous mineral and toasty oak notes integrated with the fruit. Absolute a must on your list, a true house staple for me. Great Champagne value. — 2 months ago

Fresh and bright, no trashy after taste lingering around to say “what up”, some buttery notes kind of like a bubbly Chardonnay perhaps — a month ago
