Bright garnet color. Aromas of black raspberry and blueberry fruit and pepper spice. Same fruits on the palate with an additional note of dried cranberry, smoke and a hefty dose of minerals on the very earthy finish. The “tingle” of carbonic maceration is quite noticeable as well as the crisp acidity. Light bodied, fresh and bright. 12.5% ABV. Can certainly be served chilled. — 2 months ago

Potpourri, flower petals. A lot of blue fruit. Transcends into lion’s mane, blossoming fruit that lingers on the nose and carries across the pallet. It leaves me wanting more … Really clean. This is CA all the way and not too hot. Well done. — 11 days ago
