Beautiful wine from Marche. Light skin contact gives a beautiful structure that somehow mimics barrel usage without having the “corrupted” flavor profile.
I somehow had a touch of iodine in the nose, sea shell, sea breeze. I had it decanted and a slight oxidation amplified the mouthfeel. Delicious wine indeed, perfect for gastronomy. — 6 months ago
