Great balance of fruit and acid. East drinking. — 12 days ago
2004 Silver reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. I had this in my wine cellar. The upper part of cork disintegrated. The cork had 1/4” that was intact. Absolutely delicious. I am so glad it wasn’t ruined. Full body California Cabernet. It still had texture. It still has tannins. I bet this could go another 5 years. — 6 months ago
Dark purple in color. Bold and full bodied. Better if opened for a little while to breathe. Good overall for the price point. — 6 days ago

The palate sings plum and blueberry. But the finish is restrained unlike other Tobin wines. Medium dry finish and tannins. — 5 months ago
Cherry, raspberry preserves, blackberry, currant, vanilla and oak. Full-bodied and moderate tannins.

Big cherry nose. More cherry on the palate with tart raspberry, pomegranate, and oak. Some tertiary fruit notes at this stage for this 2015, so drink now. Medium alcohol, medium body, medium minus tannins, high acid, medium plus finish. — 6 months ago

The fruit is still so alive, incredible! The finish is Napa essence. — 3 days ago
