Dark ruby in color with a wide reddish rim.
Fruity nose of chocolates cedar and light tobacco.
Medium plus in body with medium acidity.
Very fruity on the palate with blackberries, black currants, cooked raisins, vanilla, cedar, licorice, cola, black pepper and chocolates.
Medium minus on the finish with soft tannins and licorice notes.
This is a very tasty Cabernet Sauvignon from Napa Valley. Easy drinking and a good sipping wine.
Elegant with nice complexity. Fruit forward and smooth.
14% alcohol by volume.

Big cherry nose. More cherry on the palate with tart raspberry, pomegranate, and oak. Some tertiary fruit notes at this stage for this 2015, so drink now. Medium alcohol, medium body, medium minus tannins, high acid, medium plus finish. — 4 months ago
👍👍 Consistently amazing cab. Absolutely delicious, fruit-forward, balanced tannins, perfection on the palate. I could drink this one anytime, anywhere. No complaints. — 23 days ago

The palate sings plum and blueberry. But the finish is restrained unlike other Tobin wines. Medium dry finish and tannins. — 3 months ago
2004 Silver reserve Cabernet Sauvignon. I had this in my wine cellar. The upper part of cork disintegrated. The cork had 1/4” that was intact. Absolutely delicious. I am so glad it wasn’t ruined. Full body California Cabernet. It still had texture. It still has tannins. I bet this could go another 5 years. — 4 months ago

Deep ruby color. Aromas of cherry, blackberry, black currant and clove. Solid wine, flavors of black fruit, black currant with warm baking spices on the end.
