100% Pinot Noir, a 3-day cold soak, saignée method, results in a purple-pink fuschia color with aromas of red berry fruits, biscuits and floral spice, spent 24 months on tirage (on the yeast). On the palate flavors strawberry, rose hips and sweet herb spice, nice mousse and bubble flow. Medium+ finish, lively acidity ending with fruit, spice and yeasty mineral character. Pair with Salmon with dill sauce or sushi. — 2 years ago
Beautiful Bordeaux #sonomavalley Moon Mountain AVA blend by Schug; 48% #merlot / 45% #cabernetfranc / 5% Cab/ 2% Petit Verdot - mesmerizing aroma featuring violets, bramble fruit, white pepper, earth - well-concentrated fruit on the palate that brings up coffee, chocolate and jammy notes but all framed nicely with robust acidity but soft tannins in the finish. This is what a Sonoma Valley Bordeaux blend should be. — 5 years ago
Plum cinnamon and a slight bit of nectarine round out this beauty from Sonoma. Pro tip if you’re a member, you can get backdated wines from their library. — 19 days ago

Medium garnet with a nose of red fruits. Smooth in the mouth with red fruit slightly forward, on the light side of medium body. Slight oak & earth- pretty nice (better than when it was younger!) — 2 years ago

Medium Pinot noir in terms of boldness and flavor. Similar to a very light cab. But take this for granted as my mouth is on fire from hot sauce on taco night. Easy to drink. Fruit forward, light tannins. Not bad. Nice nose. Light oak. 2021. $30 — a year ago
Nice golden color. Aromas of yellow delicious apple, lemon, grapefruit and a touch of white flowers. Pallet features the apple along with unripe peach, melon, pineapple and dried herbs. Minerals and a touch of oak on the nicely long finish. Nice creamy texture and vibrant acidity. Great mouthfeel! — 2 years ago
