Perhaps the best thing to come out of 2020. Love this wine. Earthier notes of pear and cucumber with lighter notes of lime zest and melon with a touch of an ocean air/sea brine. Full bodied like a chardonnay with a lively acidic finish and lots of cucumber/melon flavor. Would be amazing with any food you’d imagine one would order in santorini. 🍤 🐓 — 15 days ago
