Ripest red cherry and red rose aromatic hybrid. Cherry and strawberry blossoms. Herbaceous basil and tarragon sweetness awash in warm plum and baked currants. Flowering elms with wet black bark. Finally, oak and smoke. Perfect integration on the palate. Ready now but also for the foreseeable. Sweet raspberry and blackberry flash and recede to an obverse tart cherry with incredible indelible, satisfying depth. Sweet tobacco is outlined by Saigon cinnamon, clove, allspice and a strangely sweet pepper dichotomy. Really a perfect wine in every way. Smoke and graphite find a way to bow into the shimmery finish with finesse.

Great Thanksgiving wine! Dried cherries, rose petal, gum Arabic, cedar-Saigon cinnamon-oak, elderberry, currant, nutmeg, blueberries. Black pepper on entry softens to black and red cherry with lavender and violet. A touch of cherrywood a smaller touch of applewood, a minute touch of hickory and a nano shaving of mesquite. Laden with inlay. Sour blackberry finish speckled with lingonberries and myrrh.

Aromas of sour cherries, chocolate, roses, black tea, and vanilla with background notes of nutmeg, allspice, and Ceylon cinnamon (the cinnamon closer to that found in Red Hots, not the softer Saigon cinnamon). Strong alcohol and acid. Spicy, almost piquant finish. — 3 years ago
Perfect crown! Garden of the gods lacing. Bone colored number, and what structure! Moves like chef’s foam. Dark, bronze-golden body. Orange, peach, cherry and pear blossoms in an arboreal array. Lacing morphing erratically into tropical vines. Warm apple pastry, limoncello, sliced bing cherry, golden beets, and a raisinate grape with honey cake, in an elegant botanical park of aromas. The beer is nothing like this, it is deep and creamy, exhibiting Sauternes barrel richness, Saigon cinnamon, shiitake, maple nut, chocolate pods, pecans, nutmeg, dark caramel, dark honey wheat bread with aspirations to rye. Including a near-caraway. Light coffee notes throughout, conversely tea with a honey spoon.. This is a dichotomy. But an interesting one worth exploring. — 5 years ago
Honeyed peaches and pears layered over heady floral, cardamom, and Saigon cinnamon aromas and nicely balanced petrol notes. Super dense on the tongue with a beautiful finish in which minerals come forward. Outstanding Riesling. — 10 months ago
Kirsch-y chocolate, wet violets, espresso, star anise, Saigon cinnamon, seared steak on butter, broken stick cinnamon, biomass is rain, and baked cinnamon apple smells. Subdued in comparison to its nose, the earthy and herbaceous entry features smoky soils, marinated mushroom, dusty oak, dried bing cherry, cranberry sharpness, black olive, date, and dried black currant. Lightest burnt rosemary almost refutes mention.

Dark brown and rusty. Smells oddly Flemish with pickled peaches and rye bread flipping into bear claw. Tastes of cream soda, and root beer, barrel notes of Saigon cinnamon, rye, brown sugar, raw chocolate, chocolate tea, and cedar that finishes sweeter and creamier with nougat-coffee. — 5 years ago

Bright cherry aromas, Saigon cinnamon, majoram, nutmeg, dried ginger, and ancho chile powder backed by a dusty mineral foundation. Finish is good, but not great, but for the price range, this is tasty. — 5 months ago
