A blend of Cab Sauvignon, Merlot, Cab Franc, and Petit Verdot, aged for 22 months in French oak (76% new). Deep Ruby color with aromas of red and black fruits, spicy notes and cedar. On the palate flavors of plums, currants, cherry and wild blackberries adding cedar and cinnamon. Fine grainy tannins, well balanced with acidity, long finish ending with fruit, cedar and slight mineral character. Nice! Tasting Sample! — 9 days ago
Love this stuff, clocking in at a modest 13.8% ABV. Restrained and classy old school CA cab. — 6 days ago
A great Cabernet Sauvignon, aged 18 months in French oak, about 50% new, deep Ruby with aromas of berry fruits, cigar box, lavender and spicy scents. On the palate flavors of black cherry, plum and currants with cacao, floral and minty notes. Fine dusty tannins, long finish ending with fruit, leather, tobacco, espresso and earthy character on a long finish. Very Nice. Will age. — 2 months ago
Rated this wine a 9.0 in 2021. Opened a magnum last night and let it breathe for several hours. Noticeably improved, so I am upping the score. — 7 days ago

Dark ruby in color with a short reddish rim.
Fruity nose of black fruits, chocolates, coffee, cola, vanilla, licorice, cedar and black pepper.
Full-bodied and bold with medium acidity.
Dry and fruit forward on the palate with black currants, blackberries, black plums, figs, dried fruits, coffee, chocolates, tobacco, peppercorn, herbs, light vegetables, earth and black tea.
Long finish with round tannins, cherries and spices.
This 9 year old Napa Cabernet Sauvignon is still very young, but already drinking beautifully. Rich, yet elegant. Fruit forward and smooth.
This Single Vineyard Cabernet is showing lots of chocolate and cola notes. Soft, with great complexity.
Feels like a high quality Left Bank Bordeaux.
Delicious stuff, that will continue to age nicely in the next 20+ years.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 3 hours of airtime. The high alcohol is nicely integrated already.
It's always nice to drink these kind of iconic wines. A great sipping wine.
