Color of ruby and purple, quite clear. Nose of vanilla, spice, strawberry and cherry jam, plum, and a bit oak. Nose is smooth and soft. Taste is smooth and grassy, almost no tannins, some sweetness from berries and vanilla, rind like zest, a bit mineral note and pepper too. A bit too light and average (8.8). After sitting for a while, the wine does open up with more taste (9.0). — 13 days ago

Light and sophisticated lemony goodness. Just perfect — 22 days ago
Lives up to the Saten description, smooth and a lighter sparkle. Crisp apple, barely ripe pear, and creamy on the palate. @ Massimo Camia — 5 days ago
Cheers, fantastic wine on a fantastic day. — 22 days ago
My first Turbiana, or Trebbiano di Lugana but genetically a Verdicchio.
Nose of ripe stone fruits, lemon zest, wet stone, light white floral, and hint of almond. Medium to full body. Firm, vivid acidity provides good tension to the otherwise textured palate, finished with a medium mineral note.
This old vine riserva bottling is like a hybrid between Napa chard and Chablis. Will need to taste more Turbiana. — a month ago
Velvet, crushed rose petals, blackberries, pine with frost upon it. What a rockstar bouquet.
Wow. Right up my alley. Well balanced. Fruit forward, sure, but the emphasis here is that undercurrent spice kick of star anise, black peppercorn, and nutmeg. All the right feels here. A brush of acidity, and just the right dryness to make you lick your lips. — 14 days ago
