€24 on the restaurant wine list. This was the lowest price red wine on the list. Certainly not a Beckstoffer but pleasant enough with our dinners at the Costa del Sol, Spain. — 4 years ago
First vintage post-RPM, immensely enjoyable ten years on. As in Beaujolais, this CA interpretation is losing its original energy over time, but maintains its own signature profile. — a month ago
Delicious California Lagrein. — 6 years ago

This is the first mourvedre that I have absolutely loved. It is from Skinner Vineyards. : 2018 ElDorado Mourvedre. The nose opens this show with black licorice and lilac. Then comes the first taste - oh my goodness. Lots of dark fruit, boysenberry, blackberry, black cherry, and maybe even a little raspberry on the finish. Mid pallet brings in some nice velvet chocolate texture and flavors. Then there is the Oaky very dry pallet finish. I give this wine an amazing 9.6. I love this wine. I’m ordering more. I can’t wait to try their Syrah tomorrow as well as their petite sirah on Wednesday!!!!! — 7 months ago
Love this unfiltered red blend, gallivanter, nice acidic start and berry finish, light to medium bodied, really tasty and easy drinking, — 6 years ago

This is a great value ! Less than 15 euro in equivalent local currency. The nose is intense. There is a bit of funk, cherry, earth, leather, oak, coconut, meat juice. It's pretty intense and exciting. The palate is long, bright, broad and thick. It's not very subtle but it's very well made and quite structured and full-bodied. The mouthfeel is soft and silky at first, with cherry and savoury notes at first. There is a bit of a layer, some thick matter on the sides, and it turns into a massive wall which gives way to a strong drying layer all over the finish which is fruity, savoury, a bit bitter, drying and quite long. It's very good stuff considering the pricetag. Need to buy more. — a month ago
