Wonderful mineral notes with a citrusy crispness, and bright acidity. Always consistently one of my favorite Chardonnays. — 6 years ago

We are starting to pull some older vintage St. Innocent wines from the cellar, and they always impress, and happily surprise us with their cellar-worthiness. Deep dark cherry notes, blue and black fruit, a savory hint of molasses, with chewy depth, and wish we had some more—this was our last 2004 Seven Springs. — 6 years ago
