Quite fresh acidity and slightly gritty tannins . Red cherry , herbal medium length finish . This is showing well but will probably age quite well over the next 5-8 years . A very unusual wine.

Nose: Malvasia but elegant. Floral. Tropical. Nice brine.

Palate: lightly tropical. But big mineraliaty. Good acidity.
