Awesome; green-yellow with butter-lemon sugar, pineapple, melon, underripe strawberry... really great cold. Would definitely enjoy again. — 6 days ago
Bright, bitter lemon tartness and acidity, high minerality bordering on salinity. More bodied starfruit and melon flavors. — 4 months ago

Nose has recently cut yellow apple, fresh pineapple, cane sugar and faint beeswax.
Palate has tart/under-ripe pineapple/yellow apple, lemon zest with mild chalky notes; plenty of acid to keep the palate lively. A great vintage for white Burgundy; A standout bottle from a heavily diminished case.
Paired with boneless chicken thighs, gnocchi, Parmesan cream sauce and kale from the garden (picked today, January!). — 4 months ago
