Love this, captures lush tones on the nose and palate while maintaining freshness and textural depth. Lots of extract, mineral throughout, phenolic presence on the back palate and finish. Alcohol pokes out a touch, not offensive.

Beautifully aging pouilly fuisse. This pale yellow gold with incredible aromas of crème brûle, ripe lemon and tarte tatin. Incredible with a cheese plate.
