If you like a mostly reductive champagne with good mousse, nicely, bright green apple, white citrus zest, some pear, ripe pineapple, stone fruit, kiwi, vanillin, grey volcanic minerals, penetrating deep white spice, sea fossils/spray, hard baguette crust, sharp chalkiness, Jasmine, yellow lilies, field of spring flowers, crisp acidity and a long, well polished with good balance and length, this is likely for you. As well, smartly priced for good Champange.
