Rhône white blend of Roussanne (40%), Grenache Blanc (40%) and Viognier (20%). Straw gold color. Lemon and lime zest on the nose with a hint of fresh herbs and white flowers. Pallet is full of pineapple, unripe peach and a touch of unripe grapefruit. Medium bodied with a pleasant texture and mouthfeel. Nicely balanced. Solid QPR. — 4 years ago
First go round with this baddie. Tasted side by side with the L. Garnier Liqueur Fabriquée Par Les Pères Chartreux (9.8). Occupying a beautiful and necessary niche space between the Les Pères Chartreux and your standard yellow or green Chartreuse (9.3/9.5 respectively). This one is yellow and adds more honeycomb/beeswax along with increased intensity to the equation. Worth the pursuit. 8.25.25. — 3 months ago

The wood from Vat 147 smoothes this out and gives it a brandy feel. Less heat, more herbs and sweetness. — 2 months ago
