bought in Yoichi, Hokkaido. 2022 vintage. Rich complex acid, sense of lemon, peach, and a hint of pepper or sansho spice. — 3 months ago

Still young but has rich aroma of berry and spice, with mild tannin on palate. — 7 months ago
No, this is Tomi Chardonnay, the flagship of the wine yard. Opened after nearly seven-year of sleeping at my cellar. Well matured. Amazingly ripe berry aroma that is difficult to be imagined from its life history — a month ago
2016 vintage matured in cognac cask. Strong Ale beer with sweet &spicy note! I bought this in Tokyo and have kept at home over 5 year! Good.

This is No 9 bought around 10years ago and the bottle says best before June 2021..
I tasted a bit just after buying it and it tasted too sour for me. So I decided to recap and wait till it be matured well. .. and I forgot this one years.. today I reopen it. Not feeling the too strong taste I sensed last time. A little bubbling like traditional ale but strong enough to enjoy with Japanese pickled things such as kirikomi, Hokkaido-style fermented salty mackerel and Itsumi, salted sea-urchine — 10 months ago

Glendronach 18 years and 21 years are about to be gone, so I was looking for a piece of cask strength from the same strain of sherry barrels and found it. The taste is more than expected with rich vanilla, a touch of white pepper. A glass before going to bed in the weekend. — a month ago
