Intensely mineral and dry, some red fruit. — 3 years ago
By the glass with lunch, no formal notes. First time ever trying Khikhvi and I can imagine this is how wine was made 1000 years ago. Obviously extended skin contact with a copper salmon color. Funky fresh nose and complex on the palate with all sorts of interesting fruit and non-fruit things going on. Acid and tannin providing good structure. Certainly a change of pace and quite enjoyable actually. — 6 years ago

Aperitive bubble for this year's new year's eve party. Only nosing and dipping my lips. Oxidative nose, green apple. Dry palate with drive. Palate cleanser. Superb! — 7 months ago
Nose - watermelon. Tasting notes - raspberry and peach with some healthy sugar/sweetness but not cloying. So fun! — 4 years ago
Beautiful expression of the terroir and grape—so alive. Great acidity. Cherry and strawberry primarily. Medium-plus tannins. Chalky earthiness married to faint but heavy flowers—violet and hibiscus. The faintest whiff of cedar and tobacco hits as one drops the glass. — 5 years ago
Decanted 45 min though think it needs more time, very young wine. Very aromatic fruit when opening the bottle. Dark red fruit - black cherry and plum, raspberry; chocolate, coffee, graphite, pepper, plush tannins, well integrated acidity, high ABV but hides it well. Medium finish. Will be interesting to see this evolve over next few years in the cellar. — 6 years ago
This time was definitely better than previous one. More fruit and nuisance. Maybe needs more time to develope? — 2 months ago
Brut Zero Rosé from Tarlant. Grower Champagne with an even split of Pn and Chard; 5% Meunier too. Zero dosage. Terrific bottle of Grower Champagne. Each glass got better and better. Great fruit and great acidity.l — 6 months ago

Large nose of black cherry and oak, vanilla. Softened and slightly chalky tannins, beautifully balanced. Great mouthfeel, ripe but not overpowering dark red and black fruit, slight camphor, pencil shavings, wet stone. Very very nice. Medium + finish. Drinking wonderfully now. — 5 days ago
