Initially strong sulphidic aromas of the struck match variety. A mineral chalky streak on the palate with grilled nuts, citrus and a little white peach. Medium plus palate length and another great effort, particularly for a Village wine, from the “enfant terrible” of Burgundy, Henri Boillot. As an aside, from a retired printer, I love the graphics and typefaces used in this label. — 25 days ago
Medium straw , light yellow colour . Quite reserved on the nose , lean and tight, with some herbal citrus notes , white flowers , youthful . On the palate , citrus with some white peach , mineral and lightly creamy mid palate. Good mineral tinged citrus length . Still young and needs time to open , from now and probably better in 5 years or so. At Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud , Dublin , 22nd Jan 2026 — a month ago

I’ve always enjoyed this vintage from Roulot. 2015 Tillets is in a great stage now, complex and layered with butterscotch and white flower aromatics and a weighty palate with great concentration and persistence. Lovely wine. — 5 days ago
