Domaine de la guiche, mercurey blanc 2014.
Lemon, hay, some exotic fruits too. Very nice and inviting nose. The palate is very precise and balanced. A strong acid backbone, some lemon all around, a soft touch, a very long finish with hay and lemon. A good grip and some width and layers make it complex. Very good — 21 days ago
Gorgeous fruit. Big, brambly and expressive. Loads of dirt and also high toned mid season cherry. Gorgeous. What one wants at this level. Palate is elegant and very pretty with juicy, brambly, wild fruit and then finished distinctly mineral. Lovely wine. — 25 days ago

The 04' is giving it's all right now. Incredibly perfumed with brambly berries and Earth. Acid and fruit nicely integrated and firm but elegant tannins add depth and structure. Excellent and has plenty more in the tank. — a month ago
Strong clarity; ruby color with pink rim variation and light tearing. Nose has moderate notes of strawberry and raspberry preserves, candied cherry, almond paste, leather, and delicate hints of white pepper, rhubarb, compost, barnyard, and mushroom. Palate is dry and nicely balanced with more vegetal and mineral influences. Light-body and lean texture. — 24 days ago
