1hr+ decant but probably not needed. Tea, eucalyptus, and musty cherries on the nose. Same on the palate with some green elements. Medium minus depth. Medium plus finish. Maybe an off bottle as it doesn’t taste like past vintages or maybe I should have PnP’d. — 14 days ago
Lovely gold color. Apples and minerality on the nose. Same on the palate with great depth. Medium plus finish. Nice fruit balanced with acidity. Very good! — 2 months ago
Better than I expected. Super interesting bottling from the good folks at Mathiasson. Only 11.7%. Quite light on its feet, with just a bit of fruit - more earth. Good acid. Surprisingly good pairing with a pork chop. — 3 months ago
Lovely translucent gold color. Complex nose of camomile, butterscotch, and lemongrass. Lemons, lemongrass, and apples on the palate. Deeper wine with less acidity than past bottles. Always complex and good. — 13 days ago
Lively wine that has years left in it. Lemon and citrus fruit are paired with minerals on the nose and palate. Medium depth and finish. Going to age my other bottles more. — a month ago
PnP. Classic cloudy orange color. Oak and cedar well integrated with orange and citrus flavors. This is really good. Even a nice sweetness on the finish. — 3 months ago
Light gold color. Apples, camomile, and a little lemongrass on the nose, which is very expressive. Similar flavors on the palate. Well balanced wine. Give a few minutes to open up. Very nice. — 20 days ago
PnP. Lovely purple color with red tones. Raspberries, mint, and eucalyptus on the nose. Fruit forward but somewhat muted on the palate. Medium depth and short finish. Nice! — 2 months ago
Light gold color. Lemongrass on the nose. More on the palate with some apples and pears. Lower acidity than expected. Nice complexity, depth, and long finish. — 3 months ago
