Napa Valley Red Blend

Good depth of fruit paired with earthy underlying notes. In a good place.

PnP. More fruit forward than previous bottles. Even had some Pinot elements. Lovely texture and deep wine.

PnP. Probably not the best vintage, but definitely my style. Great character and depth!

1hr+ decant. Lovely wine. Dark red, maroon color. Dark cherries and cedar on the palate. Well integrated tannins and fruit on the palate. Refined, rustic, and my style! Well made!

Nice but less distinctive than I was hoping. Good pairing with some seared flank steak involtini. Nice fruit, but lacking a bit of depth and acid. Tannins are quite resolved.

1hr+ decant but probably not needed. Tea, eucalyptus, and musty cherries on the nose. Same on the palate with some green elements. Medium minus depth. Medium plus finish. Maybe an off bottle as it doesn’t taste like past vintages or maybe I should have PnP’d.

Amazing - we scored this bottle at a tasting at the winery. Just wish we'd bought more!

Solid red blend.

Corkage for the win! Great wine, full fruit and smooth finish, nice drying tannins.
