Reminds me more of a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon blanc. Would be hard to know it was a rose until it warms to close to room temp. Slightly pucker dry (very dry for me), no aftertaste, clean and pleasant crisp finish. Good for octopus, fish… — 3 years ago
