Vintage 2015 tasting with the WNH and Anne herself - she is an amazing person and one brilliant winemaker - she did this tasting from her heart and if you ever want to a wine rockstar that is humble refined and caring about the craft she is definitely the ticket
From her and I quote “A faint toast, part of a modest width of aroma. Also fine texture, less overt volume, but more line and a lovely mid-palate flavour – redder fruited – fine small waves of fine finishing flavour – simply lovely!”
I will add such structure and balance and it is just a baby - give this wine 5-10 years and it will be off the charts — 6 years ago
First time trying a Burgandy Pinot. It was more savory than the Oregon Pinot I’m used to. Overall it was excellent. — 8 years ago
2020 vintage. Owned by Henri Parent, son of the late Catherine Perré-Vergé. Other Pomerol properties include Le Gay and La Violette. Concentrated rather dark fruit in a powerful ripe tannic structure. The high alcohol (abv. 15,5%) is perfectly integrated. Slightly monolithic at this stage, but very promising. — 3 years ago

— 7 years ago

Cherry and bramble on nose. Raspberry, cherry and ample tannins. Hint of spice. Leathery finsh. Very nice. — 17 days ago
